Product warranty
All our products come with a 2-year warranty in accordance with the statutory warranty. This means your product should be free from material and manufacturing defects under normal use.
What is covered by warranty?
- Material and manufacturing defects
- Colour differences that deviate from product photos (not caused by screen)
- Damage upon delivery
- Missing parts or hanging systems
What is not covered by warranty?
- Damage caused by improper use or assembly
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by external factors (moisture, direct sunlight, etc.)
- Products that have been modified or altered
Filing a warranty claim
Want to file a warranty claim? Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email. Include your order number and photos of the defect. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
