Below you will find all information about the ordering process and delivery of your Wallfield products.
Ordering
Ordering at Wallfield is easy. Add your favourite products to your shopping cart and check out via our secure checkout. You can pay with iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more.
After placing your order you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order number and an overview of your order.
Delivery times
- In stock: Delivered within 2-5 business days
- Pre-order: Delivery time is stated on the product page
- Larger furniture: Delivery time may vary, see product page
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping on orders from €200. For orders under this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. The exact shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to track your package live. You can also look up your order via our Track your order page.
Delivery
Our products are carefully packed and shipped via reliable delivery partners. Smaller packages are delivered by PostNL or DPD. For larger furniture we work with specialised carriers.
